Dear guests, Casa Valdesanmartín is specially designed for families (with or without children, with pets), groups of friends, etc. 

Casa Valdesanmartín is designed to integrate with its surroundings thanks to the predominance of stone in the construction style and the Mediterranean gardens. 

We hope that at Casa Valdesanmartín you will find a place to disconnect from the frantic pace of the cities and enjoy our swimming pool, barbecue and nature that are on the estate.  

Just 1 hour from Madrid-Ávila-Toledo, Casa Valdesanmartín is located in a privileged location between the towns of San Martín de Valdeiglesias, El Tiemblo and Cebreros. 

The estate surrounds landscapes of Mediterranean vegetation and we are equidistant from the reservoirs of Virgen de la Nueva and El Burguillo, ideal for lovers of water activities. 

The Castañar de El Tiemblo and the Natural Reserve of El Valle de Iruelas are 15-20 minutes away by car, so you can go hiking, mountain biking, etc. in the middle of nature. Without leaving the estate, from the exclusive viewpoint of rocks that we have managed to do, which is accessed by climbing stairs protected with wooden railings, you will enjoy wonderful views of the Guisando Hill (at its feet are the famous Guisando Bulls ).  

We have three other main characters, which are: 

· Saline chlorination pool, protected with wrought iron fence to avoid incidents (open from 01-Jun to 15-Sep) 

· Roofed barbecue to enjoy all year 

· Children's playground with trampoline, basket and children's house. 

We accept educated pets without any charge. Nor will there be additional charges for the wood you consume for the barbecue or for the wood burning fireplace. In the enclosure of the pool there is a bottle cooler that will be put in place so that upon your arrival you can cool the drink !!!
