Why 1 Hectare?
We are lovers of rural tourism and have visited dozens of rural houses throughout Spain with our family and friends over the last twenty-five years.
We stayed in beautiful houses, but being inside the town we felt "watched" by the neighborhood from our arrival and that made us uncomfortable when it came to enjoying our getaway with complete freedom.
For this reason, in 2019 we opened our first rural house in Valdesanmartín, with the purpose of providing the perfect place for families and friends to share unforgettable moments without restrictions.
We offered an exclusive house with capacity for up to 8 people on a 2,000m2 plot with a swimming pool, barbecue and large outdoor spaces.
Although our guests were very happy, we soon realized that the presence of nearby neighbors deprived them of the freedom and privacy necessary to fully enjoy their stay. It was then that we discovered that a perfect getaway required much more than quality facilities; Privacy and intimacy were needed.
In a perfect world, there is a place where every detail contributes to the perfection of an ideal vacation. A dream house, surrounded by nature, where friends and family can enjoy a barbecue, a dip in the pool and moments of tranquility together.

Wonderful house, with a huge property with no noise, you can only hear a small stream behind the house and an hour from Madrid, it seems like you are in another world, the house is great, comfortable beds, everything is very clean, and it has absolutely everything, the Game room area with the living room with fireplace and the industrial kitchen, ideal for the whole family to be together, in summer with the pool it must be great, we spent Christmas Eve and Christmas with 16 people very comfortable. Emilio is an exceptional person, attentive at all times if you have any questions, he answers you in minutes, summarizing to return, totally recommended.
